We listen to your needs, share our process, and schedule an onsite visit to review your project in person.

We see your space and create a list all of your needs. We take pictures and measurements. 

We create an initial scope of work for your approval to make sure we didn't miss any of the needs discussed in the phone call or onsite visit.

We bring you to the studio for a full presentation of the priced Scope of Work. Make any changes, approve Scope of Work (SoW), and sign your contract.

Over the next few weeks, RCD works with client to find what style, fabrics, colors, etc. you love and want in your home.

Over the next few weeks, RCD puts together a full design overview of each space on the approved SoW including flooring, fabrics, furniture, etc. 

We review design selections in person and give good, better, and best pricing options. We show samples and reselect based on feedback.

Meet with contractors, architect, vendors, etc. onsite for bids, final measurements...

Floor plans, elevations, sourcing, furniture and finishes are selected, shared and are approved or reselected. 

Estimated budget and quotes presented with timeline and final approval for procurement and construction to begin. 

Place orders based on approved selections, get delivery lead-time assessment, and deposits made.

Construction and renovation begins. Onsite visits for vendor/contractor oversite. Orders begin to arrive. 

Furniture, accessories, and finishes are installed and revealed to client.

Walk through and punch list made of any adjustments that need to be made. All final payments are due. 

Anything that needs to be finished or finalized based on the punch list is completed.

We will stage your space and have photos taken of final product.
